タイでハヤシライス

チェンマイで泊まってた宿では、何人かの宿泊客やスタッフの人、その友達やらと、毎晩レセプション前で晩御飯を食べるのが通例になってた。
いつの日からか持ち回りで夕飯作りをするみたいな流れになって、俺の番ではハヤシライスを作らせていただいた。
日本から送ってもらってたハヤシライスのルーがあったので、調理自体は至極簡単。

Some guests, staff and their friends in the guesthouse I stayed in Chiang Mai have usually eaten dinner together in front of the guesthouse.
One day, we had a cooked dinner rotation. When it was my turn, I cooked hayashi-rice.
I had the sauce sent from Japan, so the cooking was very easy.

これがけっこう好評。てか、まぁ不味く作る方が難しいし、欧米的な味やしな。
ルーなくても作れるようになりたい…がこのモチベーションは翌日には無くなってた。不思議。

It was popular among the people. I think it’s difficult to cook badly and the taste is similar to western food.
I want to be able to cook it without the sauce. But the motivation disappeared the next day. It was a mystery.
