I’m staying here via Workaway, but I thought contents of ECC’s profile page wasn’t very much. So I edited it after getting their permission. (I borrowed the contents in their homepage.)
すると数日後、結構な量のボランティアリクエストが…整理するために、エクセルで簡単なスケジュール表作ったし。予想以上の効果でびっくりした。やっぱ大事ね、自己紹介。

Then, a couple of days later, they got many requests by Workaway. I made the document of schedule for volunteers. I was surprised for this unexpectedly effect. I thought self-introduction is important again.
で、その数日後、新たに3名のボランティアがECCへ。
あまりに急でボランティア用の部屋の確保が心配やったほど。
お陰で、ボランティアの方々による英語の授業を増やしたり、滞ってたボランティア用部屋の増築、ECCの2校目の準備、も開始された。

And a couple of days more, another 3 volunteers came to ECC.
It was too sudden, so I worried about preparing their room.
Because of their coming, we could add english classes by them, restarting the rooms of volunteers delayed, starting preparation of ECC 2nd.
ようやくおれの想像してたボランティア像になってきた気がする。おこがましいですが。
メリットばかりではないが、ちょっとこれからのECCに対して安心。おこがましいですが。
これからのECCが楽しみ。
